J.C. Mendyka, Director of Spectrum Management
John C. (J.C.) Mendyka has enjoyed a 20 year career in the US Army in various telecommunications specialist roles, most recently as a Spectrum Manager stationed in Fort Carson, Colorado; Kabul, Afghanistan; and Wiesbaden, Germany. J.C.’s responsibilities included radio frequency and telecommunications planning; program and project management; and policy management.
J.C. is skilled in preparing and briefing extensive summary analysis, drafting white papers and staff studies to executive leadership regarding radio frequency spectrum, developing plans and practices, and assessing the impact of equipment on the radio frequency spectrum.
J.C. is working on a Bachelor of Arts in History at the University of Maryland and earned a Certificate of German at the University of Maryland.
