Mr. Flowers is an experienced consultant in national security, counterterrorism/anti-terrorism, and emerging-threat mitigation. While working in a consulting capacity at Booz Allen Hamilton, he developed and maintained client-facing relationships through technical threat-mitigation contract delivery, managed training and policy advisory teams, delivered lectures at the tactical-through-strategic levels, and contributed to overall US and partner-nation initiatives in Asia and Europe.  Additionally, he worked closely with multiple program teams to ensure compliance with foreign disclosure protocols and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Mr. Flowers is a decorated former US Army Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) officer, with multiple combat deployments, and extensive stateside support to the United States Secret Service, DEA, FBI, and the ATF. He is currently pursuing his J.D. at The George Washington University Law School. He received his M.S. in International Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Creighton University, and his B.S. in Business/IT from Bluefield College.
