Philip Robbins is a second-year law student and Technology Law and Policy Scholar at Georgetown University Law Center. As a Naval Officer, he analyzed cyber intelligence with the National Security Agency and led cyber operations with U.S. Cyber Command. Since joining FTI, Philip has worked on a variety of projects covering 5G matters, administrative law, federal spectrum policy, and federal legislation. Philip graduated from the University of Virginia in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs and History. He also received a Masters of Professional Studies in Strategic Cyberspace Operations and Information Management from George Washington University in 2016.
