Ms. Greczyn has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, first as a reporter, and then as a consultant advising clients on a wide range of policy matters and media affairs strategy.
She provides strategic guidance to Federal government agencies on domestic and international spectrum policy and broadband issues, including new spectrum sharing initiatives. With her knowledge of spectrum management issues, she has coordinated advocacy campaigns for private sector clients on technology topics including the digital television transition , first responder communications and broadband spectrum policy changes.
Ms. Greczyn has advised a leading domain name registrar and provider of Internet services on questions of international internet governance and competition policy, and has provided consultative advice to private sector wireless clients on current FCC regulatory issues related to spectrum policy and related legislative matters.
Prior to joining FTI, she spent 13 years as a journalist, including as the lead wireless policy reporter for Communications Daily in Washington, D.C. specializing in both domestic commercial wireless and federal regulatory issues and international policy developments.
Ms. Greczyn is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Lehigh University, where she majored in political science and journalism. She has a master’s degree in journalism with honors from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
